Knowledge Center

NRPA is committed to the development and delivery of learning opportunities -- creating and distributing research, standards, and leading practices -- to its members. Furthermore, NRPA encourages a proactive learning community where agencies share their diverse management and operating practices.

The Knowledge Center  is a recent addition to NRPA's E-Learning environment and a resource intended to satisfy the unique needs of our members. In the Knowledge Center, members can view documents used by agencies around country. The ability to share information amongst peers is a wonderful way to gather resources and stay up-to-date with best practices and new trends in the field. Documents currently available in the Knowledge Center include: strategic plans, accreditation standard documentation, program guides, codes and ordinances, and much more.

NRPA encourages all member agencies to share their relevant materials -- if they are essential to you, they may be a great reference for others. Send your documents to knowledgecenter@nrpa.org and our online learning team will post them.
